How do we know Christ is the central figure in Scripture?

Answered in 1 source

Scripture presents Christ as the sum and substance of all its teachings.

Christ is the focal point of the entire Bible. The book of Revelation, for instance, is described not as a collection of revelations but as the revelation of Jesus Christ. This emphasis on Christ throughout Scripture, including His crucifixion and triumph, signifies that all passages cohere around His person and work. The understanding of Scripture, therefore, is incomplete if one does not see Him reigning and glorified therein.
