How do we know Christ is the First Cause?

Answered in 1 source

Christ is proclaimed as the First Cause in Scripture, being the source of all creation and life.

The concept of Christ as the First Cause is rooted in His divine authority over all creation. He is the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, as stated in Revelation. All things were made through Him, and without Him, nothing was made that has been made. In acknowledging Christ as the First Cause, we recognize that our existence and spiritual life depend entirely on Him. His grace initiates our understanding and salvation, making Him the central figure in both creation and redemption.
