How do we know Christ is the source of our blessings?

1 Corinthians 10:4 reveals that the rock from which the Israelites drank was a symbol of Christ, emphasizing that all blessings come from Him.
In the story of Moses and the Israelites, when Moses struck the rock at Horeb, water flowed forth for the people's needs. Paul later clarifies in 1 Corinthians 10:4 that 'that rock was Christ.' This illustrates that all of our spiritual sustenance and blessings come from Him alone. Just like the Israelites could not find water in their own efforts, we too must recognize that our spiritual life and blessings are entirely dependent upon Christ. In the wilderness of our lives, it is only by looking unto Him that we find peace and nourishment for our souls. Through faith in Christ, we access the abundant grace and mercy of God, which is always sufficient for our needs.
