How do we know Christ's obedience is sufficient for our salvation?

Answered in 2 sources

Christ's obedience is sufficient because He fulfilled the Law perfectly and satisfied the penalty for sin through His death.

Christ’s obedience is deemed sufficient for our salvation as it encompasses both His perfect adherence to God’s Law and His sacrifice on our behalf. In life, He obeyed the demands of the Law completely, proving that He is the perfect Representative for those who believe. This is vital because it shows that His righteousness is imputed to believers, granting them acceptance before God. Furthermore, He died as our Substitute, taking upon Himself the penalty due for sin, presenting Himself as the bearer of our sins. In doing so, He made a way for believers to be reconciled with God, thus verifying the sufficiency of His atonement through His resurrection.
