How do we know Christ's redemption makes sinners valuable?

Answered in 1 source

Christ's redemption makes sinners valuable because it transforms them from being worthless to being of great worth in God's eyes.

The worth of a sinner is not intrinsic but originates from what Christ has accomplished for us. By paying the price of redemption with His own blood, Jesus bestows infinite value upon those who are otherwise deemed worthless. As the sermon illustrates, the Father's estimation of Christ is that He is of 'infinite value', and by extension, all whom Christ redeems also receive a new standing. This truth is captured in Romans 12:1, where believers are called to present themselves as living sacrifices, showing that their lives are now of great worth, born out of His mercies.
