How do we know Christ's worthiness is true?

Answered in 1 source

Christ is deemed worthy due to His sacrificial death and triumph over sin.

In Revelation, the depiction of Christ as both the Lion of Judah and the Lamb that was slaughtered offers profound insight into His worthiness. His sacrifice on Calvary is the definitive act of victory, wherein He declares, 'It is finished.' This event not only fulfills God's redemptive plan but also establishes Christ’s authority to open the scroll and to execute God's eternal decree. The acknowledgment of Christ's worthiness is echoed by the 24 elders and the living creatures, who sing praises, celebrating His victory and the redemption He accomplished for His people through His blood. We ascertain His worthiness through the testimony of Scripture, the fulfillment of prophecy, and our personal experience of His grace.
