How do we know Christ strengthens us?

Answered in 2 sources

We know Christ strengthens us through the testimonies of Scripture and our own experiences of His sustaining grace.

The Apostle Paul’s life serves as a testament to the strength found in Christ. In 2 Corinthians 11:23-28, he recounts various sufferings, underscoring that it was Christ who enabled him to endure such trials. Moreover, believers are promised in Isaiah 40:29 that God 'giveth power to the faint.' Experientially, many Christians can attest to moments of strength beyond their own capabilities, especially during trials. This reliance on Christ brings assurance that His strength is sufficient in our weakness, fulfilling His promise to enable us to endure and grow in faith.
