How do we know faith in Christ is necessary?

As stated in Hebrews 11:6, 'without faith, it is impossible to please God.' True faith is evidenced by our relationship with Christ and is foundational to our salvation. The narrative of Abraham illustrates that he was called by God to go to a promised land, which he accepted through faith, trusting in God's promises without seeing their fulfillment. Likewise, every believer who comes to Christ is called, believes in Him, and obeys His command to have faith, which is a reflection of their election and redemption.
