How do we know God can convert us?

Conversion is fundamentally an act performed by God. As stated in Matthew 18:3, we must be converted to enter the kingdom of heaven. This conversion is not something we can orchestrate ourselves, but rather a sovereign act of God's grace that brings us from death to life. It signifies a complete transformation, leading us to view ourselves as nothing and God as everything. This points to our reliance on God's ability to humble us and to regenerate our hearts, making it clear that our salvation is intrinsically linked to His divine mercy.
