How do we know God cares for us during trials?

Answered in 2 sources

God's care is demonstrated through His presence and actions, especially in the midst of our trials.

In Mark 4:38-40, the apostles, despite being in the presence of Jesus, questioned whether He cared for them during the storm. However, the truth is that God does care for us deeply. The psalmist expresses this reality in Psalm 77, where he recalls the deliverance of God’s people from trials. We can be assured of God's love as He bore our sins and afflictions on the cross. In Jesus, we see that God does not abandon us in hardships. Instead, He welcomes our burdens, encouraging us to cast our cares upon Him because He truly cares for us. When we face life's storms, we must remind ourselves of this truth.
