How do we know God gives us strength?

The Christian's strength is rooted in their relationship with Christ. In Ephesians 6:10, we are instructed to 'be strong in the Lord and in the power of his might'. This strength is available through our union with Christ, as believers draw from His infinite power and grace. Additionally, scripture assures us that without Him, we can do nothing (John 15:5), highlighting our total reliance on His strength for our spiritual lives. Prayer and meditation on God's Word are essential practices for receiving and recognizing this strength.
