We know God has become our salvation through personal faith in Jesus Christ and recognizing His work in our lives (Exodus 15:2).
The assurance that God has become our salvation is rooted in both Scripture and personal experience. In Exodus 15:2, Moses exclaims, 'He has become my salvation,' signifying an intimate acknowledgment of God's redemptive work. For us, this realization is realized through faith in Jesus Christ, whose death and resurrection provide eternal safety and deliverance from sin. Moses’ declaration also compels us to reflect on our own lives, examining whether we can confidently say that Jesus Christ is our personal Savior, having shed His blood for us. Recognizing this aspect of salvation propels us into gratitude and worship, as we see how God has actively intervened to secure our eternal well-being.
