How do we know God is in heaven?

According to Psalm 115:3, our God is in the heavens, and He does whatever He pleases, reflecting His absolute sovereignty over all creation. The acknowledgment of God's rule from heaven communicates not only His power but also His authority to govern all aspects of life. He is higher than all earthly authorities, as Nebuchadnezzar recognized, stating that God does according to His will among the inhabitants of the earth (Daniel 4:35). These verses affirm that God’s position in heaven demonstrates His dominion and ultimate control, providing comfort and encouragement to His people.
