How do we know God is infinite?

Answered in 2 sources

God's infiniteness is demonstrated through His omnipotence, omnipresence, and the limitations imposed on His creation.

The attribute of God's infinity is illustrated by His ability to exist without bounds. Thomas Watson discusses how God sets limits to everything else in creation but remains unconstrained Himself. For instance, in Job 11:7-9, we see that God's ways and understanding are beyond human comprehension. He is infinite in power and knowledge, as symbolized by His governing all things without deputies or boundaries. This infinity means that no matter where His creation exists, God is fully present. The sheer scope of His authority and the evident majesty of creation point to an infinite God who precedes all His creation and transcends it entirely, allowing us to appreciate His grandeur.
