How do we know God is the one who saves his people?

Answered in 1 source

The Bible clearly states that God is the one who saves, as seen in passages that declare His active role in the redemption of His people.

God’s saving work is constantly emphasized throughout the Scriptures, particularly in Zechariah, where it is stated that God Himself will save His people from their sins. This salvation is not dependent on human effort or understanding but is accomplished solely by God's intervention. Furthermore, verses affirming God’s direct action in saving His people reinforce that it is God who initiates and completes salvation, reflecting His merit alone.
