How do we know God reveals Himself through creation?

Romans 1:20 states that 'the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made.' Mankind has no excuse for not recognizing God's sovereignty and glory as His creation speaks a universal language about His existence and nature.
