How do we know God reveals Himself without a Bible?

Answered in 1 source

God's existence is made evident through creation, showing His eternal power and divine nature, suggesting that all are without excuse before Him.

Paul indicates in Romans 1:19-20 that even those without access to the Scriptures can know God through the manifestation of His creation. The invisible attributes of God, as seen in the grandeur of nature, clearly point to the Creator's eternal power and divine nature. Therefore, although they may lack written revelation, all people are accountable because they possess an innate awareness of God's presence through what He has created.
