How do we know God's ability to save is true?

Answered in 3 sources

We know God's ability to save is true through the assurance of scripture and the experience of transformed lives.

The truth of God's saving power is firmly rooted in His promises revealed in Scripture. For instance, the Apostle Paul writes that God is 'not willing that any should perish' (2 Peter 3:9), which assures us of His intention to save those He calls. Additionally, personal testimonies and the experiential transformation we see in the lives of believers testify to God's active role in salvation. He changes hearts, breaks chains of addiction, and brings hope to the hopeless. In essence, God’s ability to save is evident not just in His word but also in the real-life experiences of those who have encountered His grace.
