How do we know God's covering is sufficient?

Answered in 1 source

God provides a complete covering for His people through Jesus Christ, the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world (Revelation 13:8).

We know God's covering is sufficient because He offers a complete and perfect solution for our nakedness before Him. Instead of mere fig leaves that represent our attempts to cover sin, God provided coats of skins for Adam and Eve, symbolizing the sacrificial nature of His grace. This covering was not based on human effort but originated from God's own hand, showcasing the necessity of blood sacrifice for the atonement of sin. Jesus Christ, referred to as the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world, fulfilled this need, providing lasting righteousness for those who believe in Him.
