How do we know God's elect will be avenged?

Answered in 1 source

God's Word assures us that He will avenge His elect who cry day and night to Him (Luke 18:7).

In the parable of the unjust judge, Jesus teaches us that if a wicked judge can be moved by the persistent cries of a widow, how much more will our righteous God respond to the pleas of His elect. Luke 18:7 states that God will avenge His own elect who cry out to Him day and night, emphasizing His commitment to justice and care for His people. This assurance is grounded in God's character as a just judge, who, unlike the unjust judge, is filled with love and compassion for His chosen ones. The promise is clear that He will act on behalf of His elect, vindicating them in due time and demonstrating His sovereign rule over all circumstances.
