How do we know God's grace is available to all sinners?

Answered in 2 sources

The parable of the great supper demonstrates that God's grace is extended to all, especially the poor, maimed, and blind.

The parable in Luke 14 clearly shows that God's grace is not limited to a select few. As the master of the feast sends his servant to call the poor, the maimed, and the blind, it symbolizes God’s outreach to those who are spiritually destitute and in need of mercy. The invitation is universal, reaching beyond cultural and societal boundaries, compelling sinners to come and receive the fullness of grace found in Christ. This truth reflects the heart of God, desiring that all should partake in the banquet of salvation.
