How do we know God's grace is available to everyone?

Answered in 1 source

God’s grace is offered to all sinners, as demonstrated by the father’s reaction to the prodigal son’s return.

The parable of the prodigal son illustrates that God's grace is inclusive and freely available to all who repent, regardless of their past. The father's immediate reception of the wayward son serves to highlight the lavishness of divine grace. Just as the father embraced his son without conditions, so too does God welcome sinners into His kingdom. This fullness of redemption is foundational to Reformed theology, affirming that it is grace, not works, that leads to salvation (Ephesians 2:8-9). Therefore, anyone who believes in Christ can have assurance of His grace.
