How do we know God's grace through Christ?

Answered in 1 source

We know God's grace through Christ as it is His grace that grafts us into Him, empowering us for good works (John 15:5).

God's grace is manifest in the believer's union with Christ, which allows for a transformative relationship that enables spiritual fruitfulness. In John 15:5, Christ states, 'I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit.' This describes a grafting process where all spiritual nourishment flows from Christ to His people. This grace is not merely a passive gift but a dynamic force, leading to holiness and fruitfulness in our lives. Without Christ, we can accomplish nothing, and it is through faith in Him that we receive all blessings and strength to live for Him.
