How do we know God's judgment is upon our society?

Answered in 1 source

We can recognize God's judgment in society by the evident moral decay and the rejection of truth as outlined in Romans 1.

Romans 1 chronicles the manifestation of God's wrath revealed against ungodliness and unrighteousness. It states that society suppresses the truth in unrighteousness, leading to a reprobate mind as people choose to worship the created rather than the Creator. This moral decline and justification of sin are key indicators of divine judgment. Moreover, verse 21 highlights that when people knew God, they did not glorify Him, but instead, became vain in their imaginations. The pervasive acceptance of immorality is a direct result of God allowing people to follow their sinful desires, which serves as a clear sign that we are under His judgment.
