How do we know God's kingship is true?

Answered in 1 source

God's kingship is evidenced through His sovereignty over creation and His revealed will in Scripture.

The truth of God's kingship can be seen in His self-revelation through Scripture and the unfolding of human history. In Daniel 4, Nebuchadnezzar comes to recognize that God is the ultimate ruler, acknowledging God's signs and wonders throughout his experience. Additionally, God's sovereignty is confirmed through prophetic revelations and historical events that align perfectly with His divine plan, as seen in Isaiah 46:10, where God declares the end from the beginning. The faithful witness of His people throughout generations and the fulfillment of prophecy further strengthen our understanding of His kingship, reinforcing that God does as He pleases in heaven and earth.
