How do we know God's people are gracious?

Answered in 1 source

God's people are gracious because they have received God's grace and reflect it in their interactions.

According to Proverbs 11:16, a gracious woman retains honor, exemplifying the heart of someone who has truly received God's grace. This grace manifests itself in a person's life as they seek to honor God and others, showing compassion and kindness. The believer, transformed by grace, will desire to honor Christ and those around them, reflecting the character of God. In Philippians 1:20, Paul expresses a longing to magnify Christ in his body, which illustrates the internal motivation that grace provides, leading to a gracious disposition toward others.
