How do we know God's plans are good despite evil in the world?

Answered in 1 source

God's plans, even when they involve evil, ultimately work for the good of those who love Him.

The sovereignty of God is foundational to understanding the harmony between His good purposes and the evil actions of men. Romans 8:28 assures us that for those who love God, all things work together for good. In the sermon, it is emphasized that actions stemming from hatred, like those of Hadad and Rezon in the scripture, were orchestrated by God to fulfill His ultimate plan for His chosen people. This teaches us that while evil exists, it does not escape God's control; instead, He uses it to achieve His desired outcome for His glory and the welfare of His elect.
