How do we know God's presence in difficult times?

In times of hardship or wilderness experiences, believers can stand firm in the assurance that God is with them, evidenced by His promises throughout scripture. The Israelites, despite their murmuring, were provided for by God in the wilderness as they journeyed to the Promised Land. The cloud of glory that appeared serves as a reminder of God’s abiding presence and faithfulness. In our trials, we should remember past instances of God's faithfulness, allowing them to bolster our faith and trust in His ongoing provision, as He never leaves or forsakes us.
