How do we know God's presence is with us in trials?

The assurance of God's presence during difficult times is firmly embedded in the understanding that He knows our struggles intimately. As expressed in Psalm 139:1-2, God is aware of our down-sitting and our uprising, highlighting that He understands the entire spectrum of our experiences. This cultivates a sense of trust; even when we find ourselves in the depths of despair, we can commit our way unto Him, believing that He will deliver us. The trials we encounter are not unknown to God, and this truth encourages us to lean on Him for guidance and strength.
