How do we know God's sovereignty?

Answered in 1 source

We know God's sovereignty through scripture, which reveals His absolute authority and control over all things.

The Bible clearly asserts God's sovereignty in multiple passages, such as Isaiah 46:9-10, where God declares that He is God and there is none like Him, proclaiming His control over history and His purpose. Additionally, Psalm 115:3 states that our God is in the heavens; he has done whatever he has pleased. This means God's will is accomplished without resistance, asserting His authority over creation. Moreover, Ephesians 1:11 highlights that God works all things according to the counsel of His will, which illustrates His ultimate power and dominion over all human affairs.
