How do we know God's strength is always with us?

Answered in 1 source

God’s strength is always with believers, as He has promised never to leave us forsaken (Isaiah 40:29-31).

The assurance of God's strength being with us is rooted in His covenant promises. In Isaiah 40:29-31, it is declared that God gives power to the faint and increases the strength of those who have none. As believers, we can rely on God's promise to renew our strength as we wait upon Him. This is also echoed in the New Testament where Paul writes in Philippians 4:13 that he can do all things through Christ who strengthens him. Through prayer and the promises found in Scripture, we are reminded that God's strength is a constant source of support in every trial we face.
