How do we know God's will is being done in our lives?

Answered in 1 source

God's will is accomplished through His sovereign control over all things, guiding events according to His purpose (Psalm 33:10-11).

Believers can have confidence that God's will is being executed in their lives and in the world around them, as seen in Psalm 33:10-11. This Scripture notes that the Lord brings the counsel of the nations to nothing and that the plans of His heart will stand forever. Moreover, God’s sovereignty ensures that even the actions of men serve to fulfill His divine purposes. In the lives of believers, this might manifest as unforeseen circumstances leading to spiritual growth or divine opportunities arising from adversity. Recognizing His sovereignty encourages Christians to find peace amidst uncertainty, trusting that God is at work behind the scenes for their good and His glory.
