Although Daniel faced certain death, his faith and God's providential care led to his miraculous deliverance. This rescue reflects a greater truth: just as Daniel was saved from physical death, Christ offers spiritual salvation to His followers. The assurance of salvation comes not from our works but from Christ's perfect righteousness.
