How do we know God saves us through grace?

Answered in 2 sources

We know God saves us through grace by understanding our inability to save ourselves and His sovereign work in our hearts.

Grace is the unmerited favor of God, and it is through grace that we are saved. In Exodus 14, God brought the Israelites into a position of helplessness, demonstrating that they could do nothing to save themselves. Likewise, in our spiritual journey, God creates a profound awareness of our sin and need for His grace, leading us to trust in Christ alone for salvation. This is a consistent theme throughout Scripture, where God's grace is emphasized as the means by which we are brought into a relationship with Him.
