How do we know God teaches and instructs us?

Answered in 1 source

God teaches us through His providence and the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives (Hebrews 4:12).

God's teaching role is evident throughout Scripture as He guides His people through various circumstances. In Hebrews 4:12, it is highlighted that the word of God is living and active, piercing the thoughts and intentions of our hearts. This indicates that God is continuously instructing us, not just through His word but also through our life experiences. Additionally, as seen in the metaphor of an eagle, He stirs up our nests, challenges our comfort, and through these trials, we learn to trust and depend on Him fully. His teaching is an ongoing process as He nurtures us to grow spiritually.
