How do we know God will forgive our sins?

The assurance of God's forgiveness comes through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Isaiah 53:5 proclaims that Christ was wounded for our transgressions and bruised for our iniquities. His death provided the atonement necessary for our sins, allowing us to plead for forgiveness in His name. When we acknowledge our sinfulness and place our trust in His grace, we can be confident that we are forgiven. This is not based on our righteousness, but rather on His redemptive work that meets the exacting standards of God's holiness. As believers, this understanding of forgiveness should compel us to seek repentance and lead us into a deeper relationship with our Savior.
