How do we know God will keep us safe?

God's continuous promise of protection as our keeper is affirmed in various scriptures, including Psalm 121.

The assurance of God's protection is woven throughout the scriptures. Psalm 121 affirms, 'He will not suffer thy foot to be moved; He that keepeth thee will not slumber.' This indicates that God is always vigilant and never takes His eyes off His people. Moreover, with His promise to 'preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth and forevermore,' we can have confidence that He is there to protect us continually. Our safety is guaranteed by God’s omnipotent care.
