How do we know God will perfect what concerns us?

Answered in 1 source

The Lord promises to perfect what concerns us because He is faithful to complete the work He begins in His people (Philippians 1:6).

In Psalm 138:8, it states, 'The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me.' This assurance reflects God's commitment to His people. In Philippians 1:6, the Apostle Paul confirms that He who began a good work in us will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. This indicates that our salvation and growth in grace are fundamentally God's work, not our own efforts. Believers can have confidence that God will continue to shape and mold us into the image of Christ, perfecting us through His grace until we are wholly sanctified.
