How do we know grace is essential for our speech?

In Colossians 4:6, Paul writes, 'Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt.' This indicates that our communication should reflect the grace we have received from God. When our speech is infused with grace, it becomes kind, compassionate, and understanding, especially toward those who do not yet know Christ. Grace-filled speech is a powerful witness of the Gospel, as it demonstrates our reliance on God's mercy and encourages others to seek Him.
