How do we know grace is greater than the law?

Answered in 2 sources

The grace of God through Christ fulfills and transcends the law's demands, offering redemption from its curse.

Understanding the preeminence of grace over the law is critical in Reformed theology. As the sermon illustrates, the law reveals our guilt and inability to achieve righteousness (Galatians 3:24). In contrast, grace, embodied in Jesus Christ, serves as the remedy for our failures. Galatians 3:13 tells us that Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us. This profound act of grace not only highlights our helplessness under the law but also provides hope and salvation that the law could never offer.
