How do we know if our worship is acceptable to God?

Acceptable worship to God is marked by a heart that is honest and seeks to honor Him above all. According to John 4:20-24, Jesus teaches that true worship is not defined by external forms or locations but by the internal disposition of the worshiper. If our worship does not stem from a heart that is aware of our sinfulness and God’s holiness, it risks becoming mere ritual. Therefore, worship must be approached with a deep reverence for God, acknowledging His mighty works and our dependence on His grace.
