How do we know if we are growing in grace?

Answered in 1 source

Signs of growing in grace include increased humility, faith, and love towards God and others.

To evaluate whether one is growing in grace, believers can look for signs such as increased humility, heightened awareness of their sinfulness, and a deepening love for God and others. As one's growth in grace progresses, they will recognize their need for Christ more acutely and rely on Him for support and guidance. Additionally, spiritual growth will often involve a tangible increase in faith and love, as indicated in 2 Thessalonians 1:3, where the Thessalonian believers' faith is described as growing exceedingly. Such growth should also lead to a greater desire to conform to God's will and a diminishing attachment to worldly pleasures.
