How do we know if we are His sheep?

We know we are His sheep if we hear His voice and believe His word (John 10:25).

To discern whether we are His sheep, we must reflect upon our response to Jesus' voice. In John 10:25, Jesus indicates that only those who are His sheep will believe in Him, as they recognize His works and words. This belief is not just intellectual but a deep conviction that moves one to follow Him in faith. This personal understanding often comes through the Holy Spirit's revelation, indicating that one has been chosen and called to belong to Christ. If we find ourselves responsive to His call, seeking Him, and desiring to know and follow Him, it is a sign that we may indeed be among His sheep.
