How do we know if we have godly wisdom?

Answered in 1 source

We can know we have godly wisdom by the purity and peace of our actions and our attitudes toward others.

The presence of godly wisdom in a person's life can be discerned by examining the fruits it produces. James outlines that this wisdom is pure, peaceable, gentle, full of mercy, and produces good fruits. If our actions reflect these qualities and we approach others with gentleness and humility, we can have confidence that we operate under the guidance of divine wisdom. Conversely, if we find ourselves characterized by jealousy, strife, or self-promotion, we may be lacking the true wisdom that comes from God. This wisdom is not only applicable to our interactions with others but is also fundamental to our relationship with God, as true wisdom acknowledges His sovereignty and aligns our hearts to His will.
