How do we know if we have received God's grace?

Answered in 1 source

We know we have received God's grace if we respond to His call and come to Him for mercy.

The evidence of having received God's grace is seen in our response to His calling. In the sermon, it is emphasized that 'if you come to Him, it's because He called you.' The immediate reaction, like that of Mary who arose quickly to go to Jesus, indicates that those whom God has called will respond actively and without delay. The key question is not whether one can accept Christ but whether He has accepted you by calling you unto Himself. The act of coming to Christ in faith is indicative of the work of irresistible grace in one's life, confirming the assurance of having received His grace.
