How do we know if we have truly found Christ?

Answered in 1 source

Evidence of having found Christ includes experiencing His presence and truth in our lives.

To determine if one has truly found Christ, self-examination is crucial. According to Paul, we should examine ourselves to see if Christ is in us (2 Corinthians 13:5). A person who has Christ possesses his truth, His presence, and His Spirit. They will become increasingly aware of His glory and the joy that comes from knowing Him. Our knowledge of Christ goes beyond doctrine; it entails a living relationship characterized by His influence and presence in our lives. Without Christ, even the most zealous religious actions are devoid of life.
