How do we know Jesus cares during difficult times?

Answered in 1 source

Jesus demonstrates His care by watching over His disciples and providing help in times of need, as shown in the story of Peter walking on water.

Throughout the story in Matthew 14, we see that Jesus is aware of the struggles of His disciples as they are tossed about by the storm. While He is on the mountainside praying, He is also watching over them, indicating His constant care and presence in their lives. The fact that He comes to them in the fourth watch of the night, walking on water, exemplifies His ability and willingness to intervene in our distress. Even when we feel abandoned or overwhelmed, like the disciples during the storm, we can trust that Jesus sees our struggles and is always ready to help us in our time of need.
