How do we know Jesus Christ is our only salvation?

Answered in 1 source

Jesus Christ alone is our salvation because we are united to Him and His righteousness is imputed to us.

Jesus Christ is presented in Scripture as the sole means of salvation for believers. Ephesians 2:8-9 clarifies that salvation is a gift from God, received through faith, and not a result of our works. Our union with Christ means that when God sees us, He sees us in Him, clothed in His righteousness. This singularity is essential to the gospel; it emphasizes that there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Therefore, we find assurance and confidence in His completed work on the cross as the ground of our forgiveness and righteousness, affirming that all those who are in Christ are secure in their salvation.
