How do we know Jesus Christ is the object of saving faith?

Answered in 1 source

Scripture consistently presents Jesus Christ as the sole object of saving faith, declaring Him to be the way, the truth, and the life.

The object of saving faith is explicitly identified as Jesus Christ throughout the Scriptures. The gospel presents Him sincerely, undivided, exclusively, and freely as the means of salvation. In John 14:6, Jesus declares, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life; no man cometh unto the Father but by me,' underscoring that no other objects of faith can lead to salvation. Moreover, Acts 4:12 states that there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved, further reinforcing that true faith cannot exist apart from a personal relationship with Christ. Therefore, true saving faith is anchored in recognizing and embracing Jesus Christ as our Redeemer and authority.
