How do we know Jesus Christ is the servant of God?

Answered in 1 source

We know Jesus is the servant of God because He exclusively served God’s purposes and His life exemplified perfect obedience.

The identification of Jesus as the servant of God is firmly rooted in scripture. Philippians 2:7-8 illustrates this reality, stating that Jesus "made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant." He did the will of God in every aspect of His life, demonstrating complete obedience even unto death (Philippians 2:8). His role as the servant was not merely a title, but a reality as He fulfilled the law perfectly, living out God’s covenant intentions. God calls Him His chosen Servant, thereby confirming His identity and mission.
